Tony advises closely held businesses, real estate investors, and high-net-worth families on tax-efficient strategies, including entity structuring, Section 1031 exchanges, cost-segregation studies, opportunity-zone planning, and succession and estate strategies. His dual role as a CPA and active real estate broker means he understands how decisions at the closing table impact tax returns, cash flow, and long-term goals. Outside the office, Tony serves as Mayor Pro Tem on the Pearland City Council and is deeply involved in civic leadership, education advocacy, and community development. He and his wife, Crystal, are raising three daughters in Pearland and are committed to making their hometown a better place—one small business, student, and family at a time.
